
Hypothesis
We assume that modern gadgets broaden the horizons of teenagers, but spending too much time with gadgets negatively affects the development of teenagers, both physical and mental. Survey participants: students of Tyumen State University
Methods
Carrying out research work, we used the following methods:
· diagnostic and analytical (when processing survey results),
· research and comparison,
· partially search,
· analysis and generalization (when working with sources of information),
· visual and projector (when creating presentations).

- How often do you use gadgets (smartphones, tablets, computers) during the day?
- Do you think that gadgets affect your concentration and attention at school? If so, in what way?
- Do you use gadgets during lessons or recess at school?
- Do you feel tired or sleepy after prolonged use of gadgets? If so, how does this affect your academic performance?
- Have you noticed any changes in your behavior or emotional state after using gadgets?
- Do you experience stress or anxiety when you do not have access to gadgets?
- Do you consider it necessary to limit the time spent on gadgets, and for what reasons?
- How often do you check your gadgets before going to bed?
